How Can I Change Employee Phone Number?

When you change the phone number, your data and analysis from the older number is not affected. Your previously synchronized data like call logs, lead data, lead reports, call analysis reports will be available in your dashboard as it is.

To change the phone number, follow the quick steps guided below:

Step 1: Go to Manage -> Employee -> Action -> Edit

Step 2: Replace the current mobile number with your new mobile number and click “Update”

Step: 3 Now Re-install the Callyzer Biz application with the updated number.
