How to add a Sub-User?

For hierarchy management system, Callyzer allows business owners and managers to add sub-users. To add a sub-user, follow the following steps.

Step 1: Open the Callyzer dashboard, click on Manage -> User.
Step 2: In the Manage User section click the “Add” button to add a sub-user.
Step 3: To create a user, you have to follow simple steps. In the initial step, kindly add basic info of the user you wish to add.
After adding the basic info click “Next” to proceed.

Step 4: Select the employees whose data should be visible to the user. To allow access there are three options available.

Option 1: All Employees: By selecting this option, user can access data of each employee.

Option 2: Select Employee Tag(s): By selecting this option, user can access data of the respective employee tags.  For instance, if employee tags like region is selected. User will be able to access data of each employees from the defined region.

Option 3: Specific Employee: By selecting this option, user can access data of the selected employees.

After selecting click “Next” to proceed.

Step 5: In the list of permissions, set the permission to which the user should have access. If you allow the permission, the user can access the corresponding feature in the dashboard.
Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 6: Callyzer will summarize each details. Kindly view the details in-depth. After confirming click “Submit”.
