Please follow the steps below to integrate Facebook & with Callyzer.
Step 1: To log in with Facebook, click the ‘Login with Facebook‘ button on the screen.
Step 2: Log in with your credentials (i.e., email ID/contact number and password).
Step 3: Verify your account using the verification code sent to your email or contact number.
Step 4: After verification, you will be redirected to the screen below, where you will find your created pages on Facebook.
Step 5: On clicking ‘Next,’ you will be shown the screen below.
By clicking ‘Continue,’ you will be redirected to the Callyzer configuration page where you can map your fields with your Facebook form and configure the form accordingly.
On this screen,
– For the “Select Page” dropdown, you need to select the business page where you’ve created your forms.
– For the “Select Form” dropdown, select your Facebook Form from which you want to capture the leads.
– Next, you will configure the lead assignment strategies and lead options accordingly.
– In the “First Name,” “Last Name,” etc. fields, you need to map these fields to your Facebook form fields. When you click on these dropdowns, you will be shown the field values from Facebook. Carefully map each field with the corresponding field here to capture leads from Facebook seamlessly and effortlessly.
Finally, after setting up all the configurations, save the settings.
Now you’ve successfully integrated your Facebook form with Callyzer, and you will be able to capture leads from the Facebook form effortlessly.
